I offer an integrated, wholistic approach to healing by accessing the power of the mind to create the results you want. This encourages and complements your physical, mental and emotional healing so you can create and live your best life!

In your coaching sessions you will have the opportunity to explore all your frustrations, fears, hopes, successes, disappointments and joy you have around your body and your relationship with it. You will learn how to experience and practice self love, self compassion and self acceptance.

I will teach you how to appreciate your body and give yourself permission to live in alignment with what you want.  I help you create the next phase of your life so you can love your body and what it does for you, embrace your sexuality and feel confident! Your coaching package includes:

  • 6 Sessions tailored to your specific concerns and situation

  • 2 pre-procedure coaching sessions

  • 4 post-procedure coaching sessions

  • As a patient of Dr. Sonya’s, you receive a 15% discount on your coaching package

  • Option to purchase additional single sessions at the discounted price for continued support
